The NTC Port Splitter is built on top of the com0com (opens in a new tab) and hub4com (opens in a new tab) open source projects.

The NTC Port Splitter bundles a copy of both com0com and hub4com. They are distributed under the GNU General Public License. Please note that under the GNU GPL, they are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of com0com/hub4com are with the end user. Should they prove defective, the end user assumes the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
